Description and Requirements
Job Responsibilities
- Maintains administrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Supervises clerical and administrative personnel by communicating job expectations, appraising job results, and disciplining employees.
- Sets policies and procedures for staff training, coaching, counseling, and career development.
- Develops and implements policies and procedures to improve operations and function of the department.
- Monitors and procures supplies for office, reception, mailroom, and kitchen.
- Ensures a safe, secure, and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health, and security standards.
- Maintains and updates office records, agreements, and procedures required by law or local government.
- Provides administrative support for office maintenance, including office furnishing, equipment, and supplies.
- Responsible for procurement of corporate materials, office insurance, and office equipment and maintenance of office assets.
- Coordinate and provide administrative support for meetings, events, activities, and functions.
- Assist department managers, office staff, and customers related to office functions.
- Hard-working and dedicated team player.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and other related software.
- Flexible, resourceful, and able to perform despite tight schedules.
- Can assist the HR with payroll.
- Can Assist the finance with invoices.
- Can assist the management with quotations and client contracts.

Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Office Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
- At least one year of IT/ BPO Industry Management experience is preferred.
