Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintains administrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Supervises clerical and administrative personnel by communicating job expectations, appraising job results, and disciplining employees.
  • Sets policies and procedures for staff training, coaching, counseling, and career development.
  • Develops and implements policies and procedures to improve operations and function of the department.
  • Monitors and procures supplies for office, reception, mailroom, and kitchen.
  • Ensures a safe, secure, and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health, and security standards.
  • Maintains and updates office records, agreements, and procedures required by law or local government.
  • Provides administrative support for office maintenance, including office furnishing, equipment, and supplies.
  • Responsible for procurement of corporate materials, office insurance, and office equipment and maintenance of office assets.
  • Coordinate and provide administrative support for meetings, events, activities, and functions.
  • Assist department managers, office staff, and customers related to office functions.
  • Hard-working and dedicated team player.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and other related software.
  • Flexible, resourceful, and able to perform despite tight schedules.
  • Can assist the HR with payroll.
  • Can Assist the finance with invoices.
  • Can assist the management with quotations and client contracts.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Office Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • At least one year of IT/ BPO Industry Management experience is preferred.
